Scott F. Guber, CPA, is President of the firm and has more than 30 years of professional experience and specializes in Business Management and Family Office services to Entertainment and High Net Worth clients.
Scott’s experience includes extensive investment and insurance analysis. He works closely with his client’s team of agents, managers, attorneys, bankers, stock and insurance brokers. His clientele includes newscasters, film and television producers, directors, actors, writers, talent managers as well as legal and medical professionals.
Scott is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He has served on the Entertainment and Sports Committee, including the Annual Conference Subcommittee, Small Business Committee of the Suffolk County Chapter and is a member of the Network of Accountants, a group of Long Island, New York small firm practitioners. In addition, he has lectured at the NYSSCPA Entertainment and Sports Committee annual conference on insurance issues affecting clients in the entertainment business as well as the analysis of talent contracts. Scott devotes a substantial amount of time to the North Shore Animal League, including running (as Team Captain every year since 2008) in the New York City Marathon. In 2012, the charity honored Scott with its Heart of Hope Award.
A former BDO USA, LLP partner, Scott graduated in 1987 from Bernard M. Baruch College/City University of New York earning a B.B.A. in Accounting.
Theresa Botti is a Tax Manager with 15 years of experience in public accounting. Theresa’s background includes servicing privately-owned businesses, individuals and not-for-profit organizations, specifically in the entertainment industry, retail, wholesale distribution and service organizations. Her experience includes both attest engagements and tax compliance.
Theresa's professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mary has eight years of experience in both private and corporate finance. Mary's background in wealth management includes financial, investment and retirement planning for high net worth individuals and family offices. Her experience also includes accounting responsibilities, such as budgeting, financial statements/reporting, and accounts payable and receivable, as well as analysis of GPM and firm-wide financial data. Mary holds a BS in Organizational Psychology from SUNY, and is a candidate to graduate this spring with her MS in Finance from Penn State University.
